If your yard hasn't been scooped in several weeks, we typically perform an Initial Yard Reset. This one-time deep clean allows our team to establish a clean slate so your regular maintenance plan can be most effective.
What happens if you can’t access my yard?
We prioritize security and reliability. If we can't access your yard due to locked gates or loose pets, we will notify you immediately. We always double-check that all gates are secured upon our exit from your property.
